We specialize in galvanized wire decking and shelving used in warehouse storage, material handling and logistics, galvanized woven wire flooring and confinement panels for agricultural applications.

Job Summary:

The Logistics Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of logistics operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the transportation and distribution of goods.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize operational efficiency.

· Manage and coordinate transportation providers, ensuring timely delivery of goods.

· Qualify new carriers and facilitate freight damage claims.

· Coordinate inbound and outbound shipping of T/L and LTL finished goods and raw materials.

· Generate bills of lading documentation.

· Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination between departments.

· Utilize data analysis skills to make informed decisions on logistics processes.

· Communicate product delivery schedules to our customers.

· Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

· 5 years proven experience in logistics management, preferably in the freight industry.

· Strong understanding of profit loss, pricing strategies, and transportation management systems.

· Must be proficient in MRP software.

· Excellent communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,225.00 - $81,204.00 per year
